Selection Process
After registration, the selection committee initiates a structured multi-level process beginning with open trials. These trials are conducted at zonal, district, and state levels to evaluate players on technical skills, physical fitness, and cricketing abilities. Shortlisted candidates from these levels move on to the final trials, which involve a more intensive assessment phase.
Players who perform exceptionally in the final trials advance to the auction phase, Where teams selected from a pool of top talents. The process continues through playoffs, ultimately leading to the final, where final selections are made by the committee. Throughout this journey, advanced techniques and data-driven analysis are used to evaluate batting and bowling performance, ensuring a fair and competitive selection.
